For my 30 day challenge I choose to do 200 situps everyday. Situps help to strength your core and the strength at your core has a lot of benefits. The core is a really important muscle at the human body because your core is like the power house of your body. Also behind the core is the central nervous system so its really important to have it protect. Having a strength helps also for your posture.
